We have a professional design team of engineers, using CAD, Pro-E, UG, SolidWorks, etc. Integrate DFM into the design over the years to ensure seamless connection from concept to mass production.

Option 1: If you have 3D STEP X_T drawings or 2D drawings, please send us a quote directly, then we will do the DFM and mold design for you.

Option 2: If you have a sample but no drawing, please provide us with the sample directly. We can design 3D drawings and give you a quote.

Skilled technicians carefully assemble mold components, aligning core and cavity halves with precision guide pins. Each mold undergoes trial fitting and adjustment before being approved for production.

Die Casting

Molten aluminum alloy (ADC12) is injected at high pressure into the mold cavity. The die casting process ensures consistent part geometry, excellent dimensional repeatability, and superior mechanical properties.

Grinding & Deburring

Grinding & Deburring

Raw castings are machined on CNC grinding centers to achieve precise surface flatness and dimensional accuracy. Deburring removes any parting line flash, ensuring clean, burr-free part surfaces.

Heat Treatment

Parts are loaded into computer-controlled furnaces for heat treatment processes including annealing and aging. Precise temperature cycles optimize the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy components.

Experienced foundry workers pour precisely measured molten metal into casting molds. Strict process control over pouring temperature and speed ensures consistent internal structure and minimal porosity.

CNC Turning & Milling

Multi-axis CNC turning centers perform secondary machining operations to achieve critical tolerances on features such as bores, threads, and mating surfaces that require accuracy beyond casting capability.

Welding & Fabrication

Welding & Fabrication

Certified welders join metal components using MIG, TIG, or spot welding processes as required. Weld quality is monitored continuously to ensure full penetration and defect-free joints on every assembly.

Quality Inspection

Quality Inspection

Every part batch is inspected using CMM coordinate measuring machines, digital calipers, and optical comparators. Dimensional reports are generated and retained as quality records for full traceability.

Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment

Parts receive customer-specified surface finishing including powder coating, anodizing, shot blasting, or chrome plating. Automated spray systems ensure uniform coating thickness and consistent color.

Packaging & Shipping

Packaging & Shipping

Finished parts are individually wrapped in protective foam, packed in export-grade cartons, and labeled for shipment. Each package includes an inspection certificate and full shipping documentation.
